Anneli Delport

Module: Financial Principles and Project Cost Management

Anneli Delport is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Financial Management at the University of Pretoria and previously also worked at the Tshwane University of Technology.

She is also an alumni of the University of Pretoria, where she obtained a B.Com Hons degree in Accounting Science & Certificate in the Theory of Accounting in 2004. She returned to the University of Pretoria and obtained Masters Degree in Financial Management in 2020. Anneli qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) at the end of 2006.

She completed three years of articles at Nedbank Ltd and spent another seven years at Nedbank in different roles. This included being a Credit Manager in Corporate Banking as well as being the pricing specialist for transactional banking products in Corporate Banking. Nedbank is where her passion of corporate finance was developed. A passion which she wishes to share with students at the University of Pretoria as well as delegates on the PPM course. During her time at Nedbank Anneli was also exposed to various projects.
