Outstanding service / lectures provided throughout the course!
FROM LORAINE BESTER - PPM 3 - 2016
Good evening,
I would like to take the time to acknowledge the lecturers and organisational staff of the PPM 3 course and to extent this note of appreciation for the outstanding service/lectures provided throughout the course.
Rarely do you find an institution that makes you feel so valued. I can honestly say that every single lecturer was outstanding and put great effort into the preparation and delivering of modules. Having Professor Steyn introduce the lecturers at the commencement of every module and the lovely social event at the end of the course were some of the much appreciated personal touches.
I would like to make special mention of Nwabisa Budaza, who was always personally involved with the PPM course from and even before its onset. I was quite doubtful as to how to go about choosing an institution for project management training. Nwabisa took great care in establishing my exact need and acting thereon with absolute efficacy. She patiently aided me and guided me through the content of the training and requirements to enter the course. Her unparalleled service and help before and during the registration process assured me that Enterprises University would be the best choice (believe me, I investigated quite a few options and no one was even nearly as helpful). As they say: “first impressions last” and meeting Nwabisa at the day of registration with her reassuring handshake, warm smile and organised files convinced me that I made the right choice after all.
I have been very pleased with the service and modules at Enterprises University, however, Nwabisa’s professionalism and efficacy in helping me every step of the way exceeded all my expectations. An employee that has the ability to instill trust in students is truly an invaluable strength to the institution.
Such a commitment to great service is to be commended. I will advise anyone to do corporate training with Enterprises University for years to come.
Thank you again.
Kind Regards,
Loraine Bester
