This hands-on, practical approach ensures that participants walk away with the confidence to apply Agile effectively in their workplaces.
Why This Matters
The inclusion of Agile Project Management as an in-class elective module is a significant step forward for the Programme in Project Management. Agile is one of the most sought-after project management approaches worldwide, and being able to study it as part of Africa’s leading project management programme at the Graduate School of Technology Management (GSTM) — in collaboration with Enterprises University of Pretoria (EUP) — provides delegates with a unique professional edge.
The PPM is already recognised for producing well-rounded, industry-ready project managers. With Agile now an in-class elective, delegates can further strengthen their skill sets and remain competitive in an evolving project landscape.
