Is project management now Greek?
Apparently, yes!
Project management is Greek now, or rather, it will soon be.
The Taylor & Francis Group recently reached an agreement with Propobos Publications PC to have the book Project Management for Engineering, Business, and Technology, 7th Edition by John M Nicholas and Herman Steyn translated into the Greek language. The expected publication date is January 2028, and the licence is valid for 7 years.
Previously, the book has been translated into Chinese (Mandarin) as 專案管理 (Project Management) and into Polish as Zarządzanie projektami (Project Management). An agreement was also reached on a Lithuanian translation, but it was cancelled and not completed.
Martijn Leijten of the Delft University of Technology says the authors of this book “... explain the matter in a readable and easy-to-understand way ...”. This will certainly also be true of the new Greek version.
The GSTM offers postgraduate project management courses as well as continuing education courses, the latter presented via EUP. More information about the continuing education project management courses is available on this site.
All of these courses present the many complex aspects of project management in easy-to-understand ways. Now, that is not Greek at all.
